“Brought my car in after sliding into a truck and damaging the whole left side of my car. When I told John I could still drive it but it was a pain to have to climb through the passenger side, he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate quicker. They kept me up to date on the repairs and I got my car back better than ever! He even found someone to fix the tint on the front window. And they cleaned my car so well, it had that clean-car smell for weeks. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon but if I do, I’d definitely bring my car back here!”

I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. “I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”

Bruce was very welcoming and introduced me to Joe who would be working on the car. In 3 days it was ready, running like a top! The cost was VERY reasonable.
