Very unhygienic. A woman walked out of room #1, and I was called back to the same room immediately after. So you know they’re not cleaning anything between patients. And then, the tech that I had put gloves on, then ripped the glove off his pointer finger to find my vein. What’s the point of wearing gloves if you’re going to rip the tip of it off and touch people with an ungloved finger? Gross.

I'm a legendarily hard stick: finding a vein on me has always been challenging, so much so that every phlebotomist and nurse (and even doctor) who has tried to draw my blood remembers me lol. Doesn't matter how hydrated I am. They'll try several times before getting someone else who will call someone else and on and on--my record is 7 phlebotomists and nurses. Used to being stuck, so I'm always more worried about the mental health of the person who's just trying to find a frickin vein lol. But there are a few who just have that touch--and 2 of them are at this Quest ??The 2 phlebotomists I've seen are both lovely people. Jason's the one who's usually there when I go and he's so sweet and pleasant. He also has a gentle touch, which I appreciate. Still tough getting blood from me, but he'll do it. They both will. (Can't remember the other phlebotomist's name ? but she's also great.) Both are professional and hygiene-conscious.So if they can squeeze water out of this rock, you know you're in safe hands.I do walk-ins and get seen immediately most times. Never had to wait more than 10 min. I've also made appointments online a few times and that's a quick and easy process. The facilities are always clean and comfortable, and there's ample parking right in front.Highly recommend!

Don't bother going there when they open at 7am. No one is ready to work before 8 am! When they are done socializing, they get rude when you ask how much longer the 1st person (me) is going to have to wait.

Made an emergency appointment for my FIL for a possible UTI only to arrive at 3:13 and find the doors locked when the door clearly says open till 3:30. Had to take him to the ER for bloodwork instead.

My son has had blood drawn here a couple times a year. Always get him first stick. Went somewhere closer to school once and it was a horrible experience. I don't remember anyone being rude to us. Maybe focused on what she was doing. but never rude.

This place is terrible. You think it's convenient and will work, but you show up and.... You'll be met by the rudest most unprofessional employees. This must be the worst job in the world to be so rude and snotty. Employees-move on if you're that miserable and feel the need to treat people like dirt. I can't imagine talking and acting like that to others who simply need this type of service. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself from this poor excuse for a business.

We were just in this facility. The staff member was incredibly rude and frustrated for no reason. Seemed to hate her job.And that’s unfortunate, as we were dealing with a rather sensitive situation. Made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted. So thank you for that. Will no return to this one.

When Jen is here my experience is 5 star . If she is on vacation or has day off rating drops and service is hit or miss. There are a couple people that fill in I will actually not deal with again and ask when jen will be back

I know people have their frustrations with Quest, but I had a great experience here. I brought in my feisty 2-year-old son, and the lady drawing the blood, Jen, was so gentle and precise that she got the sample with no fussing or crying. Also, maybe because it was early morning, but I walked in, checked in with no problem in 10 seconds, and got right in with no wait. Excellent service, five stars, thank you Jen!
