Everyone here is very friendly. They were extremely patient with my dog who was very hesitant. They did an amazing job with him and they are very affordable. Definitely recommend!

Took both dogs here neither wanted to go in which was odd cause they love being groomed and nail clips, our pug was in for nail clipping only when they brought him out he had blood coming out of both nostrils and two nails bleeding the back foot was bleeding real bad they cut his nails way to far and then blamed it on his behavior saying he must have been having a bad day at home. He was a happy little camper all day till this happened it took my wife over 15 minutes to get the bleeding to stop. I advise anyone to find a different place for grooming, as for our Pomskie. All he ended up was with just a bath but when brought out he seemed scared, at least they didn't charge us for the extreme substandard service. Never again will we go there

Today was my first time coming here and i am SOOO impressed!! My JJ hasn’t been professionally groomed in about a year so i expected him to give them some trouble. Not to mention he is mostly blind and completely deaf. But they were incredibly patient with him, and understood his limits. He left looking like a whole new dog and i’m extremely satisfied with the level of care, understanding, professionalism, and talent of these groomers and bathers. I’ll never go anywhere else!

The staff here takes great care of my pup! They treat him like their own. He is excited when he walks through the door and sees their faces. They are friendly and knowledgeable and take time to answer any questions you have. The boarding rooms are spacious and clean. My dog loves to run in the outside area. And when he needs cleaned up, he always looks fabulous after he being groomed or an exit bath! Highly recommend D’Tails!!!

Amanda and her team are amazing! Been there quite a few times with both my dogs and they love her! Very friendly, prices are amazing and they do great job everytime! Definitely will continue going there. Thank you all for everything !
