The deck is beautifully built and well-designed. We asked a lot of questions during the planning so that we would fully understand the plan. Then, the crew executed the plan with precision. We couldn't ask for a better crew!

Jeremy and his amazing crew deserve more than 5 stars. Their work is custom and they brought our vision to life perfectly. The finished product looks even better than the rendering.Jeremy and his crew were the most hard working men. They showed up in snow and pouring rain and worked tirelessly through the entire process, never missing a day, and completing the job faster than we could have imagined. They were professional and courteous and a very special crew.We are so happy with our finished space and are so grateful we chose Keystone. The work is unmatched. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the new deck built by Ben, Marlon and team at Keystone Custom Decks. The design process was very helpful in visualizing our new outdoor living space and helped us to easily make changes to the final plan. The construction process was very efficient and we were very happy with the care, attention to detail and craftsmanship of the build crew. Overall, the experience was great and would highly recommend Keystone to others looking for a unique and high quality outdoor space.

Ivan and his crew did a wonderful job creating our deck space. We used Trex Tiki Torch and we love it! The deck and the steps are gorgeous. They arrived every morning by seven and worked continuously all day. The work was completed in 4 1/2 days. We are very impressed! We highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks! Thank you.

We could not have had a better experience with Keystone Custom Decks (initial consult, designers/architects, our amazing crew, etc). I feel like it's becoming more and more rare to have diligent and responsive customer service and, more importantly, an obvious pride in your business and work. As excited as we were when we got the initial design, the real thing is even better! We are out enjoying our new space every day thanks to the amazing crew of Elmer, Logan, and Roman. They are some of the most efficient and friendly men we have met. They learned the names of our kids and chatted with them on our way to and from school, asked about our vacation, and even sent bereavement flowers after a family death. They were promptly responsive to everything we asked and made our project extremely customizable. We could not have asked for a better experience at a time when great customer service can be difficult to find.

I should have written this a while ago, but life got in the way....Keystone built our deck last year and it is absolutely beautiful....so functional and so well made....could not be happier with the outcome...plus, these folks are so nice and helpful. They made us feel as though we were family...can't get any better than that....need to have them do our front porch, I know it will be beautiful....thank you Keystone you really are the BEST!!!

[Update March 2024] We worked with Keystone again to implement “phase 2” of our deck project, which was to add on a screened in covered section of our new deck. We had already worked with Ron to create the design last year, and finally were able to do the construction. This time we requested to work with John and his crew since we liked him so much from last year, and we were lucky enough that Keystone obliged and sent John out with his new crew, Aaron and Linford. All three of them were exceptionally skilled, punctual, courteous, and professional. Our project was somewhat unique in that we installed the largest skylight they had done to date and on top of that we also asked then to undertake installing Smart Tint on the skylight in lieu of blinds. They agreed to install it and did a fantastic job considering it was the first time they had installed something like that. In addition, we had them install a glass pocket door that is almost the size of the entire wall that meets the deck. We cannot praise their skill enough. Our covered deck is now the room of our dreams! It has shifted the center of gravity of our house outdoors. Thank you once again, Keystone, for doing an unbelievably excellent job![April 2023] We worked with Keystone to tear down our old deck and redesign and replace it with a new composite deck. We also worked with them to construct an extension to our garage to make a permanent woodshop space. At a time when other companies wouldn’t even pick up our phone calls, or couldn’t do what we wanted, Keystone was extremely responsive, communicative, professional, and exceptionally good at what they do. Throughout the process, Keystone always let us know exactly the costs of what we were selecting, and we were never in the dark about the process or the timeline. They took care of all the permits and communication with subcontractors such that it was perfectly seamless for us.Working with Ron to design everything was such a pleasure, and he really helped us to gain a vision of what our new deck and workshop space could look like. He even helped us to imagine and design a balcony nestled in the roof of our new workshop space that we could use directly from our master bedroom. This is a very unique feature that we had never seen before and it has quickly become our favorite space. Ron showed us a few different tiers of construction based on different budgets, so we were able to see exactly what we were opting for in the bigger context of what all we could choose.When the time came to implement our vision, John, our project manager, along with Mike, Aaron, and the whole crew delivered it to perfection. They were at our house by 7am every day like clockwork. Their work ethic was admirable, and they finished the project in record time — even our neighbors were impressed with the speed and quality of their work! On top of that, they never sacrificed precision for speed. They were very neat and tidy, we never had to feel self-conscious that we had construction going on. They cleaned up after themselves every day before going home.John was very patient with us, listening to and remembering every detail we wanted. He was always responsive whenever we needed to ask him questions, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. As a woodworker myself, I can say that the craftsmanship that this crew achieved was impeccable. The product they delivered was beyond what we could have dreamt of. We are so thankful to the entire Keystone team for working with us and being such kind people throughout the process. We can’t wait to work with Keystone again for our next project!Services: General construction

A perfect screen room/deck project was completed at my home last week. The job took two short weeks, from tearing down the old deck to cleaning up the property on their last day here. Elmer Beiler and his crew (Logan, Gerald and Roman) did an incredible job. These gentlemen are talented, skilled, professional, considerate, friendly, respectful, and kind. I was in awe every single day watching them work together. If I do another project with Keystone, I will insist that Elmer and his crew manage the job.

Meticulous, methodical, clean, hard working and customer focused are a few of the terms that quickly describe the Keystone crew. Arlan, Leroy and Gerald were a fantastic crew to build our deck/porch. They were extremely efficient, made significant progress every day and their daily setup/teardown and cleanup was as impressive as their detailed work. They navigated well through inclement weather and maintained EXCELLENT communication throughout the project. Their customer focus was evident when clarifying smaller details such as locations of lights, tv height, the access door before moving into that phase of the project. I am so glad we chose keystone for this large project as they made it painless and stress free. Thank you again Arlan, Leroy and Gerald!! I would be remiss if I didn’t also give a shout out to the office team. Ron Sarah Paul and Kaitlyn were all pleasant, communicative and great to work with. Thanks for your patience and recommendations as we went though the process and made some changes along the way!
