I’ve been going to Goodwill for years, and anytime there is an item they have placed on a shelf without a price tag, there is absolutely no problem taking it to the back to price it for the customer. I found a piece of art that I adored, it had no tag on it and they refused to put a price on it and sell it to me. I asked why they would have items on the shelf that weren’t priced with a sticker like everything else, if they were going to refuse to sell it to the customer when they tried to buy it. She said that’s just how they do it at their Goodwill and said something about them pricing stickers wrong or the tags falling off. If that is an error on their part or someone else’s, there’s absolutely no reason why they couldn’t have had the item priced. I bought $40 worth of other merchandise, I was willing to pay whatever they priced the item I wanted, and they still refused to do it. Then, as they walked away with the item, the one lady asked the other lady what she was going to do with the item, and she said she was going to take it and give it to her mom. Horrible customer service, and it was the manager that said all this. Not goodwill’s policy and so unprofessional.

This store has been gradually declining over the last year. Shelves are empty. Staff slow at putting things out. Broken items in the shelves. Stained clothing in the racks. They don’t have adequate staff sorting in the back. Overheard management talking today about how they auction good items online. I thought this small goodwill wouldn’t resort to that. Tight aisles downstairs. Clothing and shoes upstairs are now being priced high. Have found many wonderful things for my home and to resell in the past. More often than not I walk out with nothing now.

Love thin place. Always find the best deals here. It’s changed so much over the years, I really wish they bring back the clothing bins in the basement. They were the best. Always found items new with tags in there! It always very affordable. This is my favorite Goodwill in the area.

Was there over the weekend. The store is clean. Got 30 pieces of clothing for $100. The clothes are great quality. The people complaining about the cashier and buying a bag are just looking for things to complain about. If they want 5 star service then they can go shop at Gucci or Prada.

Was just recently there found 2 puzzles same manufacturer 2different prices same tags same date done,questioned cashier all she said was 2 people doing prices would not give cheaper price. They get these things free .

I love to come here. I visit every Saturday bc I love the drive, their prices, and the staff. My children love the toys area and always find the coolest toys. They have 2 levels and the basement section is full of clearance. Lots of toys in working condition. They also have an elevator to bring the cart to the upper level. They have lots of new items donated from target and other stores. Buying at goodwill is the best deal. You get great deals plus you cooperate for the staff to have a job. They employed individuals with different challenges. They feel productive and earn a living. Buying at great prices while helping others to succeed. I recommend this store

They have the audacity to ask you if you want to round up but can't even you a plastic bag to carry your purchases to the car.
