“I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. I was very happy with the results I've I did get my car back. I definitely works recommend this body shop to my family and friends. THANK YOU PAUL'S BODY SHOP FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ?”

I explained, I work 45 minutes away and couldn’t afford a rental. I had off two weeks Christmas break. Mark was able to get it done a week before I headed back to work. “Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.
