They tell you too call with 25% left to get fill. Called monday 1/15/24 with 27%. It is now wed the 24th and no propane. Been out since Sunday. This is third time in a row this has happened. Only reason they are in business is because propane is cheap.EditYou are correct it was not 3 times in a row. This is the second time however and if I'm not mistaken 2 out of last three. I've always been told 25% and your team members get an attitude when you request a fill earlier. Either 25% or 30% doesn't matter. You recommendations need to be updated if you have too many customers to serve.

Did not have a good experience and would not use again. I ran completely out of gas at my business and they were able to get gas to me in a time frame that would keep my business going. So, we got gas so that we could keep things going. They were more concerned about less than $100 that they didn’t make in this one unique event than about our business having functional utilities. We even tried to get gas from them first, but they just couldn’t get to it quickly. Instead of coming up with a plan to ensure we didn’t run out of gas again, they threatened us and lashed out at us over the phone over not making money on one one small fill up. They acted as though we robbed them and had no respect for their business while have absolutely no regard for ours. We have two tanks with no gauges, how are they as our provider ensuring we don’t run out? So, between wanting an actual solution to not run out of gas and to ensure a business relationship that has mutual respect, we moved our supplier to one that monitors our tanks via satellite and gets us filled up on auto once we get low.

After getting ripped off for years with Amerigas, I bought their tank and have been getting propane from Mason's for half the price ever since.

Lori at Mason's is refusing me service (or even replies to multiple emails) because an unrelated person at the same address supposedly has an outstanding balance. This person resolved the matter years ago, but Mason's "changed software" (their quote) causing bookkeeping errors.A company may choose with whom they do business, but refusing "credit" based upon someone else's credit is unethical, and likely illegal. I do not recommend this business for this reason.UPDATE: January 14, 2022. ** Well, it only took 2 years for Mason's to reply. My now wife DID pay her bill. At that time, she was informed you were changing your bookkeeping system. Both you, and the collection agency, marked the account paid WELL OVER 7 YEARS ago. Since it has been over 7 years, any action you might have taken has dropped off her credit. While you remain confused due to your lack of consistent bookkeeping, that does not change the fact that the bill was paid. You should contact the collection agency you retained and update your records. Until that time, be advised that further discussion concerning my wife's credit history may constitute libel / slander, especially since you have lost your records.

I always go here to refill my 20 lb (grill sized) propane cylinders. They charge a lot less than the propane exchange places and they give you the full 20 lb. Most exchange places fill them up to about 15 lb.
