“Had the unfortunate happening of rocks hitting my windshield on the highway and inevitably spreading all over the windshield. Thankfully, through the help of insurance, I was paired up with Safelite and they got me on the schedule that hour, and scheduled for the next day. Car dropped off in the morning and completed two hours later. Had the car back for 2-3 hours and all seems well to this point. The staff was polite, respectful, guaranteed their work with lifetime warranty and worked at an efficient pace to complete the job in an acceptable amount of time. Although I personally should have removed this all beforehand, they did their best to replace my dashcam, my EZPass in the top middle, my carwash sticker and car maintenance sticker on the lefthand side. All in all, I am very pleased and impressed with the order and knowledge of this place. David (Dave) was my technician and again, was quick and efficient. The young lady who greeted me was very pleasant and picking up the car, was very informative of what to watch for, avoid and care for the windshield. Thanks, Safelite!”
