William Frank hair designs have been in business of 37 years. We have three employees, One of the employees is the owner/ Head Sir Stylist Billy Frank then we have Head stylist Chip, Sir Stylist/ assistant manger Mary. We take cash, credit, or checking. we are open on Tuesday 9am-6pm Wednesday 9 am-8pm Thursday 9am-7pm Friday 9am-7pm Saturday 9am-4pm Sundays 11am - 2:00pm. Our Head Stylist Chip is have 50% off any service all year round.
