Jeff is outstanding and trustworthy and I highly recommend him! We take all of our cars to him and are always pleased. He is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and fixes it right the first time without any upselling pressure. We recently had him evaluate a used car before we bought it. He found a few problems with it… I informed the dealer and they fixed them at no charge. Jeff provides great value and Tina provides timely customer service. You’ll never look for another mechanic.

Took my new to me 2017 Ram 1500 5.7L in to have Jeff give it a look over and let me know what he suggested in regards to routine maintenance that needed to be done. He not only went over the truck and put together a thorough list of recommendations but he also diagnosed an issue that could of ended up costing a lot of money and gave advice on speaking with the dealership. You can expect to receive some excellent service from Jeff West Auto Repair.It's very difficult to find an honest mechanic these days IMHO. I'm totally happy with what I found here as we moved into a new town and looked for this very crucial service (because you know soon or later you need to have your vehicles serviced). We've gotten three PA Safety & Emission tests, two oil changes and some repairs done so far in about 11-month period. The customer service is excellent here by a very nice husband and wife team. Highly recommended! BTW, cash payment is recommended (under $50 is a must) since there's a 3%(?) charge for the credit card fee. I don't mind paying for it myself just for my convenience and to support this and any small business so that they can keep their cost down for us.

I just called and spoke to the owner's wife! I don't think she could have been any more nasty. I have been taking my car to Jeff many times over the last year, never had an issue! Today that has changed. Off to find a new auto repair .

What a gem of a mechanic! Not only is Jeff the best at his trade, he is also priced reasonably. One of the most honest, knowledgeable and hard-working mechanic I have come across. Diagnoses the issues accurately, never 'invents' problems, never pushes repairs if you don't want it, and fixes issues promptly if you so choose. Used Jeff West Auto for the first time, they were prompt, professional, went far and beyond, and most of all honest with pricing. Tina is such a sweetheart and easy to talk to! The job was done quickly and efficiently. During pick up I had the pleasure to speak to Jeff and he explained everything he did. They did not push any services on me just did exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be referring them!
