Lol idk why I thought great clips was a good choice. Maybe it’s because I’ve never been upset with a haircut in my 20 years of being alive. And I’ve been to so many great clips I thought y’all upheld a decent reputation. But naw. Reputation goes down the drain if you go to the Norristown location. In the time my girlfriend got her ends cut the other stylist managed to do a full haircut on me. We were there for about 7 minutes. Both of our haircuts are messed up. The lady rushed mine so much she cut the hair around my ears a whole half inch ABOVE my ears. She shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair. Aside from that, it reeked like weed. And there is not one part of my hair that’s even to the other side. I’m pissed. Esp since I paid 50$ for no reason. I should’ve walked out.

They spent 5 mins on a women’s cut, not worth $22!!!!! While doing so, another employee was so so very rude to an elderly customer who wanted to pay with coins and rudely refused his tip in coins. Then I tried to defend the man and she was rude to me and walked away!

Wow! I haven't been here in at least 2 years, maybe even 3. The girl that always did my hair was Meghan. We always had great conversation and she was the one I always asked for. But today on 12/30/23 I got a stunning surprise. I sat down and waited for her to finish her current customer When she did I thought it was my turn. She saw me and knew me and knew I was waiting for her. She then informed her coworker that I made her feel uncomfortable on past visits and did NOT want me as a customer. I was SHOCKED. I truly don't know where this came from. Like I said its been 2 or 3 years since I even went there. I recently had an operation on my head, as you can see in the photo. Meghan was the only one I TRUSTED to carefully cut my hair and work around my visible scar. This is my repayment for trusting her with such an important task. She never even knew about my situation because I never had a chance to tell her. I was going to fill her in once I sat in her chair. Well Great Clips and especially Meghan has seen the very last of me and my business. I guess this is what happens when you trust someone. They spit in your face.
