We just gave you one star and never mentioned anything and you came up with a solution but let me tell you it's not that simple. You have used the cheapest material a foam backing which anyone can get from a dollar store and tape on it with our already paid sign and then after giving us a quote you increased amount to more then double taking advantage of our situation then your sign fell down after a day this is not the first time it happened the sign you installed couple of years before also fell down and you never came back to reinstall and we had to install that back by ourselves. Thank God no one was standing under the sign both times . You lost all our business this time and all our future projects we won't recommend anyone who really cares about quality work addition to all this your attitude was so unexpetable when you came to our store to fix . You should not talk to your customer like this while you are at fault .
