“We purchased a new home earlier this year that had a combined family, dining, and kitchen space and were unsure where to start with putting together a cohesive design plan. We had spent an entire day picking out a dining room table and didn’t know how to build around it. We met Rylie Roberts at Ethan Allen and explained our situation. She asked a lot of questions to get a feel for our likes and dislikes and then crafted an entire floor plan to pull the space together. She walked us through all of the different choices and listened patiently to our reaction and suggested alternatives. She even offered additional appointments so that we could get comfortable will all of the selections which we took her up on.
We felt confident with her design and moved forward by placing the order. The process was seamless and she worked with us on the timing of our new construction so that we could ensure delivery soon after we settled. She communicated with us frequently to keep us up to date on the status. The result is exactly what we were looking for and balances comfort and style. She visited our home to see everything in the space and helped make adjustments and suggestions for the future.
I cannot overstate the peace of mind we had in entrusting her with the most important space in our house. Rylie was personable, professional, patient, and has a keen ear for listening and an eye for design. We were so impressed with her work that we engaged her services for additional rooms. From true antiques to more modern pieces, if Bucks County has it for sale, it is always well made from solid wood and excellent craftmanship. The sheer volume of the inventory is greater than any modern furniture store and you never have to wait months for some cookie cutter factory to make and deliver what you want. If you want the materials and workmanship that existed in past generations, I'd take a look.”

“We had a new fireplace installed about 10 days ago. First, Jim at Salters was the best to work with. We chose our design and material and that was smooth. The framing for the new fireplace was 2 days - just what we were told. The next 2 days, the masonry teamArrived. Greg and Andrew did a great job. We may a little adjustment to the plan and it was no problem. The end result is a beautiful new fireplace which is the focal point of our living room/dining room area. From the first visit to Salters to the last day the workers completed the project was just as we were told upfront. Highly Recommend Salters.”
