Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was at 10:30 and was a last minute call because pet was sick. Staff and doctor was very interested and caring. Never had an issue here!!

This is the best vet office in the entire metro area. Everyone here is basically an angel on Earth for animals. They are patient, caring, and thorough. They take such good care every single time and are incredible about answering questions, like for example if you call them 30 times a week after your cat’s surgery….Plus this the only vet that took their time with our vet-anxious dog and helped her feel more comfortable. The office and every member of staff are warm and welcoming. Thank you, everyone at CCVH!

Our 12 month old Shih-Poo has been required to get treated for a minor ear infection and how to deal with the start fall allergic itches.
The staff at the front desk, the techs and the doctors are all A-1.
Even without an emergency, they'll get you in to see a Vet ASAP.
When you go to them with your pet, all the tension, fears and concerns you had before you got there is immediately gone.

Excellent veterinary office! I’m new to the area and when my cat got sick they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment! Every member of the staff was compassionate and kind, and the doctor took the time to explain the test results and the e medication he was prescribing. As a bonus the bill was far less expensive than what I had come to expect from my previous vet’s office.

Great job!!! Staff were very welcoming and made my dog feel better while giving med. my husband and son took my dog and they could not stop talking about how friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring everyone was.

We brought our new puppy in for his first visit. Everyone was so sweet with him. Our older puppy isn’t as friendly and they are just as kind with him. They really love their furry clients and it shows.

I had an amazing experience at Creature Comforts!! Everyone was SO wonderful!! My sweet dog Ginger gets so anxious one at Vet office. We were almost immediately put in a room which was so thoughtful. She did so much better than usual because she didn't need to be afraid of other dogs in the waiting room. The tech or veterinary nurse was so nice and patient with ginger. The veterinarian was So sweet and compassionate, putting me at ease. I have never seen Ginger eat a treat after an exam, she's usually too nervous. She took and ate the treat. She did not get in the car all bug-eyed and shaky. Thanks so much for the amazing experience!!

Went to office to pick up medication for my puppy. I had questions for my dog before our appointment to make sure I was doing my steps correctly of cleaning my dogs wound, make sure it doesnt get infected. Didn't know whether I should cover it or leave it open, I felt disregarded for the fact she didn't care what I had to say. I felt pushed aside like my dog didn't matter to her. All she could say was email the pictures and we can get back to you. Exactly, get back to me like you were suppsed to return my call. Didnt call me back and had the nerve to tell me we called you. Then obviously you didnt listen to my message or my concern of what I was saying. The doctor was right there, walked by and I asked the tech at desk and she still disregarded my concern for my dog. I am upset. I feel like you just want my money instead of the need to help my dog. If I was taking my kid to doctor and the lady at desk disregarded me like that, I would never take my child thereagain EVER . It's ashame because I really like the office and the lady at desk just pushed me aside like I or my dog didn't even matter.

The doctors and the vet techs are so nice and gentle with my dog, who can be nervous when anyone tries to give him shots or take blood. They make a conscious effort to find ways to handle Murphy when he isn't cooperating. I have complete trust in how they deal with him. Very kind and caring people.
