“I was thinking of purchasing an EV and they had a used Tesla. I was introduced to Eric Nyce who was the expert at the dealership for EV’s. He spent the time with me so I understood the differences between the Tesla and the Ford EV’s. I was actually not wanting to inquire about the Tesla due to the fact that I had so many questions.and was unsure that a Ford dealership would be able to provide me with so much information regarding the Tesla. “LIP was recommended to me by my tuner after I slid into a curb during some snow and and a good amount of damage to the front end of my Mk7.5 Golf R. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, arranged for their own tow truck to pick up my car same day, kept me up to date on the entire process, worked with a supplier to receive and install some after market wheels during the fix, and gave me back a car that looks/drives as good as the day I got it.I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Phil and the team did a great job and made the unfortunate event of crashing my car as painless as possible. They did great work and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a reputable body shop. While I hope to never see them again ;) I'm glad I came across them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if the need arose.”
“Honesty can be difficult to come by.
Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”

“Had car in for routine service recently ,due to some confusion re my contract for paintless ding repair, that service was not performed as scheduled. I spoke to my salesman ,Bob Gillespie who sold me the car and that service in August of 2019 and he took care of the problem for me. I then received a call from the service manager who apologized for that confusion and explained what happened.. I am very happy now. My service in the past was always done correctly and reasonably priced.Update. This service department is great. I have been waiting for months for parts to come from Ford for a recall. They came in and they called me to install and sent out mobile service and did it at my home. I asked if they could do my routine oil change and they did that too. Everything was free as i had ford credits. Tech was great expliained everything. I have strarted over last year taking my non ford cars there for routine maintenance and state inspections as they do a great job and at a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“Got into a little fender bender and dented my back right bumper. So frustrated. I went around the area and collected estimates and going rate was $1200+. Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later.
