Great place but they have the address as 100 Pottstown Road hopefully I edited this place and we have the correct location with Google maps also budget truck rental’s right here at the Eagle Hardware Store , Google maps approved the edit.

I had a wiring issue for a Christmas ornament today and the two kind gentleman working at the store went well beyond the call of duty to help solve the problem. Truly awesome and kind service. Give these folks your business - they deserve it!

Very unhelpful on Saturday afternoon. We came here specifically because it was a small family hardware store. We needed assistance and they could not bother to look away from their computer to assist us. We were ignored. We will go to Home Depot as we get more help there and at least someone greets us. Very disappointed as I wanted to like this store. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Not in the Lexus Dealership. Outside of Google maps issue. They had everything I needed and we're a great help.

Excellent store for hardware supplies, especially related home improvement tools. Easier options for people living in Chester Springs location in case you don’t feel like driving to Home Depot or Lowes. Staff were great too and very helpful.

This has been my go to "emergency" hardware store for the past 15 years. It can be expensive compared to the big box stores, but you cant beat the location, at least for me. Staff is always helpful and can point you in the right direction. They also sell propane and lottery tickets, if interested.

Absolutely love this True Value - staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to go above and beyond! After Hurricane Ida, the two women working in store were so helpful in finding the right dehumidifier and equipment to get our basement cleaned up. It was so refreshing to receive such great service during an incredibly stressful time for me.

Old school hardware store with limited quantities of most items. Good for a quick pick up for screws or a paintbrush. My issue is with the owner. I've been shopping here for 10 years...never smiles, watches you like your going to steal something. It really makes for an unpleasant experience.
