Restaurant eating area was filthy with ketchup all over the table and walls, staff was rude, hamberders were plain and greasy with little flavor, bathrooms were neglected so badly the toilet was clogged and no soap.

I typically would never rate a place I've never been to. I knew as soon as I saw this unseasoned picture with a 5 star review for biscuits and gravy I just had to make sure nobody was ever lied to like this again.

We used to love this place when we are at World’s End several years each year, but I’m not sure if the Jolly Trolly was sold but the quality and atmosphere have changed for the worst, and it’s not a place I’d ever take my kids again. The food is nothing special but consistent and we enjoyed the gift shop but now the staff and management aren’t very pleasant and the customers are just plain old creepy. Also in the gift shop it doesn’t look like anything was dusted and there was even trash on some of the shelving and the floors were gritty enough that I carried our youngest. And do NOT send your kids to the restroom unsupervised.
