Luna was assigned through my insurance company for a tow that we needed done. They gave the time frame of 60-90 minutes. When I called to get an update the dispatch lady was so rude to me and said "Well, I am still 36 minutes away, I don't know what to tell you" I then replied and said well 2 hours ago I was given a time frame of 60-90 minutes and you haven't picked up the truck yet. She said that I had an attitude and cancelled the tow. What poor service. She got defensive and just hung up on me. I will definitely make sure to stay away from them.

The WORST SHOP!!!! They had my car over a month before I got it back. They also lie to customers I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN! They detached wires and never reconnected them and tried to give me back my car with the battery light on , telling me I need to drive it 30 miles. Lied and said the sent it to the dealer but the dealer would never disconnect wires and not put them back.

My car was in a wreck. Front panel ripped off. Took to Luna. They did an amazing job. Fixed even the little scratches i didn't even see! Helped me with my deductible. Friendly, knowledgeable. My new auto repair shop!!!!
