“I just called the Scranton Redners, and I am so grateful for the service that I received. We live 20 miles away from the store, so I didn't want to make a trip unless the item I wanted (potato pancake batter) was available. The employee who answered the phone walked to the back of the store to be sure the item was in stock, gave me the number of containers there, and the price. All this was done with only 15 minutes before the store closed. I will run down tomorrow first thing in the morning and that's why I'm a loyal Redners' customer!”

“I hadn't been inside a Weis Markets in such a long time until i found one nearby where we were eating yesterday. And although we left without buying a single thing - because this particular Weis is small and doesn't have much selection - they also didn't have a big majority of the stuff we generally shoot for. Among a few things we looked for any signs of bananas but we just couldn't find them and the stores' layout in produce was confusing. My brother found some single cake pieces but knew he couldn't carry it out without it melting before reaching home 2+ hours away, so forwent the piece and placed it back on the shelves. We all noticed a brand that another competitor store in a nearby state sells - TopCare- and could tell a price difference that seemed to be higher between Weis and that competitor for the same product. (tops Friendly markets in NY sells TopCare with the same branding and contact details on the box. I did like the reminder that social distancing was in place on the interior floor marker as you walk in near produce, but after that everybody is on the honor system. Im okay with that, given my stste takes their coronavirus precautions several steps farther.”

“Cindy who works nights mostly deserves 5 stars and a raise and another woman in her 30's dark hair tattoo on left side of her chest she definitely deserves 5 stars and a big raise I ain't kidding those 2 ladies are the most helpful I've ever seen in a CVS. Ok granted the place isn't the prettiest but those 2 ladies are aces in my book they really care about the customers and what more can you ask for!”

“Recently I purchased medications at the Walmart Pharmacy in Taylor, PA. The pharmacist Stephanie was exceptional. She went above and beyond to solve my issues. First week of January and change in health care plan came with it's own set of problems. My pharmacy coverage wasn't updated in the system. Stephanie called my insurance pharmacy help line and stayed late to solve my problem. Later on, she helped to use GoodRX coupons to save money. Subsequently on same day, my insurance updated their system. Next day when I was in waiting line at the Walmart pharmacy to get a cash back of the difference, she had already pulled my records before I reached the counter. Stephanie has set an example of an ideal customer service.”
