I rarely write reviews, and particularly not for something as mundane as a bank visit, but I had such an enjoyable experience during my recent visit (yes, an enjoyable experience at a bank!) that I felt compelled. Everyone at this location was friendly and attentive, but most importantly, I dealt with Carolyn Sabia who made the entire visit enjoyable and entertaining. While always professional throughout my transaction, she was also so personable and such a delight that I left feeling great about both a successful transaction and an enjoyable visit. I'm not local to this branch, but I'd certainly be happy to return for any needs in the future.

Best staff I've seen in a bank in a long time. Those ladies are very friendly, courteous, and helpful everytime I come in, very hard to find now a days.

Had to do my banking at the Drive-Through. I know that it's Covid time but I was picking up a sizable amount of cash and the Drive-Through is too public.

This is going to be what causes me to close my Wells Fargo account! For starters Brian at the counter rudely asked me if I was a Wells Fargo customer, I was coming into cash my payroll check, no greeting know how are you just a blank face are your Wells Fargo customer, I responded and said I wouldn't be in the bank if I wasn't, then he proceeded to tell me he will not cash the check because the date is for Friday however the week before the lady next to Brian cashed my check that was same post date. Payroll checks typically can be cashed early however that's not my main concern here. It was the rude customer service in the way I felt. This is not the first time with Wells Fargo... But this will be the last. And I will never go to the dunmore Branch again... you're supposed to feel welcome when you walk into your bank that you have been with for 11 years

Worst customer service I have yet to experience I been talking with a Meghan there for the past 2 months or so to get my 401k plan figured out that's through a old employer that mailed me a check to be cashed within a certain time frame. Because of Covid I been pretty much getting a apt to see her then the place is closed due to no electric then I get told she cant help me that I have to call a 1800 or get on a desktop to sign on my bank account and work it from there. She did everything to make sure I didn't come to the branch to take care of a service they should provide that other branches have told me they provide but this one happens to be closer for me. I plan on switching banks after this. I can't stand places that let people get away with turning away service and giving you the run around. This person shouldn't work if they are to afraid to let people in the branch to take care of there account issues because they are worried about covid. So many other nice branches were willing to help me out but because I'm so far and working until they almost close I wouldn't make it. This branch is by far the worst.

I was traveling to Las Vegas and I used my Debit card to purchase some drinks and something to eat on the plane , I was on the plane for about 5 hrs and when I landed I got notifications my card was hacked while I was in the air , someone in California spent 2000 from my account , I called Wells Fargo and they were right on it and I had my 2000 back in my account the following day , now that truly amazing in my book . Whenever I go into the Dunmore branch everyone says hello to me and always ask how I’m doing , they make you feel like your important. If you ever have any banking needs go see Megan in the back office she the bomb , she takes care of anything you need and you don’t walk out until you are 100 percent satisfied. I wouldn’t do my banking anywhere else .
