The gentlemen that work here are very good at what they do. Right after the holidays, they are super busy with many Amazon returns so they had one clerk operating a separate computer away from the main line to just scan Amazon bar codes. This was unexpected and appreciated. The only complaint is one of the new guys that really doesn't seem to know much of anything, even after a couple of months. He didn't know the address of their store, he didn't know how to spell Suite in a return address, he put sweet. And he didn't put insurance on my laptop, even after we discussed it in detail. If anything happens to it, I will be held responsible. The other guys that work here are amazing! I cannot even take away a star for this, unless the laptop goes missing or gets damaged.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. DO NOT give this UPS store your business. They lost a package of mine worth $90 and refused to take accountability, or even look in the back room for it. I was told to contact Amazon and when I made a comment that I am now out my money, the employee yelled F$&@ you as I was leaving. I will be reporting this store to the BBB.And what a surprise, I received an email from Amazon earlier today that my return is being processed, which means my package was in the back room without a label.I stand by my review and I was the one that was verbally assaulted. You said so yourself when I called on thursday that the emails confirming the return come as quickly as a few minutes from the time the package was scanned. And your associate told me that the package wasn’t scanned prior to Friday morning, so the package was in your store without a label from the time I initially brought it in. I will bring my business elsewhere so I am treated like a customer should be.

Customer service was great. Had a slight problem with an item that had to be faxed but they made sure it got done & were very pleasant. I will definitely go back.

I typically ship at the Dickson City location but have stopped by this location when in the area. I have had both excellent and frustrating experiences here, hence the three-star review. I am willing to return in the future to see if the experience at this location improves.But, honestly, I'm shocked at some of the review replies. For many years I worked in a position where I replied to Google reviews just like the one I'm writing. Some of the replies to one-star reviews are doing nothing but damaging the location more than the review.

Wholly incompetent. They refuse to fix printing from their site to store and when you go in they overcharge compared to the website price and get p*ssy or refuse to price match. If there's a problem with a delivery they give you a number and assure you someone will pick up but no one does and it disconnects. And basically every UPS store is as worthless as the next

Needed something printed and shipped out from my uncles place to me and my uncle came in to ship out the package from this location. I called ahead and let the staff know if they could help my uncle when he got there. The staff helped him out and updated me personally, great customer service and super friendly! Would recommend this UPS store to anyone in the area!

I use this facility often. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. If there is a problem with another customers transaction, another employee will come to the desk to move things along. Otherwise service is fast and efficient.This store also has a shredding service for $.99/lb. Your documents are secured right in front of you. Can't beat that! Thank you to all employees.

I have been there 3 times , since I am new to town. Needless, to say only once I've had what I call good customer service encounter . Today I went and was greeted by a man with the worst attitude ever . There was also a young man there which by far was more polite than the older man who helped me . It doesn't cost much to greet people with politeness . Everybody job is hard and I know sometimes we have a bad day . Yet this is the second encounter with the same person and it has been the same . I will honestly not return here . I left with a bitter taste in wanting to say a couple of things to that person but I am more mature than to do this . I really hope that this man is not the manager .

Go to another UPS Store. This one is so incredibly petty that they tried charging me $1 for a strip of tape on a store return with a prepaid UPS label ?. Then I handed them my 2 Amazon returns, one in an unsealed box and the other which was just a bunch of loose items. Amazon’s policy on those is for you to bring them to the UPS store with or without any packaging and the store has to pack it up. Not a peep about tape there! Guess they have a billing agreement with Amazon at $1/ft of tape. Walked out to my car and sealed the first box with the roll of tape I had under a bunch of things in the trunk. Petty store policy? Petty review. Look at all the time they have to waste nitpicking at every review, most of which are complaints. Go figure. Guess business is slow when you develop a reputation. Ironic
