Went in for a couple items and it was my first time being at the store. I had a issue with my card at self checkout and the associate stereotyped me and made it seem like i was going to steal instead of paying for items and was hovering over me when i was trying to work on the issue with the card. She gave me no space whatsoever even when I had to type in my sensitive information into the key pad as i was using a card. I had to cover the keypad as i was typing as she was really close to me. This made it a bad experience and im not going here again.

Where to start ?? Oh yeah the name you ain't chopping nothing your prices are disgusting and always have been whwn you do buy one ger one free you jack the prices up like no one notices , 1 piece of fried chicken was 9 dollars and it sucked ,and then you have a sale price and when you check out it always magicaly changesto more money that happens alot the price doubles you should be ashamed remember this is happening to dollar general I'm definitely reporting you

Fine store overall, not too bad or good. The hummus was really overpriced even compared to Wegmans, at least double the price. (About 4.40 vs 1.99 for a similar sized container).
The bread looked very good but tended to have more additives as compared to other stores for better or worse.
I do miss the old store design from before the rebranding but it doesn’t cause too much of an impact. It does feel very corporate though in a negative way.

(most recent update) I'm not sure if this store is under new management or not but it has gone downhill. I think they do not have enough actual working employees. It might be time for the managers to step up and start doing some of the work like stock the shelves with product. They rarely have what I'm used to getting from here in stock or sometimes it's in the back because they don't stock the shelves. This has been my store for over 10 years and I might have to find somewhere else to go now.
(Updated review) now that its market 32 everything is changed. All the locations are different. They stopped overnight stocking and do it during store hours which makes it difficult since they always seem to be stocking items where I need to be. Now It's wait for them to finish or come back to avoid being rude. They don't like to open registers either. Today they only had 2 open express lane and the handicap lane. All self checkout lanes were also open I do not use them and will not. I was yelled at by female cashier with purple hair for using express lane. Maybe if you have a regular register open these things won't happen.
(original review) I like this store. The points for the gas are good, I use their pharmacy because it's usually the cheapest for me. Prices are fair and they have a great floral section + great for valentine's day or mother's day.

Love the produce section at this store . Great selection and good prices. Come here about once or twice a month. Store is always clean and people are friendly.

Took a small grocery cart into the store this morning. They did not have the produce I was looking for, so I headed for the exit to return my cart. As I approached the exit door, my cart immediately came to a dead stop and alarms started going off. I had no idea what was going on and now my shin bone was throbbing from whacking it off the cart that was now immobile. I was then approached by an employee that informed me that this happened because I didn’t go through the checkout.
I had nothing to check out!!
There should at least be some kind of notice letting people know this will happen. Very dangerous!!

85 % ground beef terrible! Nice red exterior color. Dark brown interior. Looks rotten. Butcher clams it was just fresh ground? Premium price! Do not recommend.

Awful experience! Very nice and clean store but checkout staff is nasty! I was never here before (will never be again) had to ask for a card at curtesy since they wouldn’t scan a store card for me at self checkout. The lady at self checkout spent so much time telling me what I was doing wrong and just plain nasty! Maybe she should check people out inside of watching and complaining! At least my kids and I had a good laugh ? after!
