I really appreciated the sincerity and transparency from the staff here. They even texted me before my appt to show their concern for the situation and took us early as it was considered emergent. I loved that they had respect for life and soul of the stray cat that had a botched surgery to spay her at some other facility which ultimately killed her. RIP skinny bones ?❤️??
