Our vehicle broke down on the highway and we had it towed to O'Neill Highway Auto. The team there was incredibly polite and professional. They communicated to us without delay and helped us figure out the best way to take care of the problem. Recommend without any reservations! Great experience working with them!

My husband and I broke down on our way back to MS from NY in Aug 9th. Tow truck driver drove us here after work hours. We spoke with the owner Richard the next day, a Saturday. Our motor blew & needed to be replaced. Richard was nice enough not to charge us any storage fees while our truck sat in his parking lot for a week. We appreciate everything he did for us while we were stranded.

Owner/Mechanic is not knowledgeable. Just wants your money. Overcharges for hourly rates. Charged me 4 hours for a 2 hour job. Still didn't fix the issue. Do not bring your vehicle here.

I live right down the street from these scammers or maybe it’s because they’re racist , took my car here and the owner tried scamming me out of $650 saying I had an alternator issue . Turns out it was the starter and costs $400 these guys are trash , never going here again . Losers

O'Neill saved our holiday. We were driving from New York state to Newark airport along the highway when we suddenly got a flat tire. We were forced to take the next exit which fortunately happened to be close to O'Neill Highway Auto. As the tire was damaged and needed to be replaced, the estimated time of repair was at least one hour. O'Neill did it in 20 minutes! Even though there were cars ahead of us being repaired, O'Neill took us in immediately and sent us on our way. The staff were amiable and totally understanding. Because of their incredible and excellent work, we easily made our flight. Thank you so much O'Neill!

Extremely shady mechanic. Extremely uncaring towards other people's property (my vehicle). Charged me over $600 for a problem they didn't fix, and then when asked about it politely, they acted like they didn't know what to do. Hm, maybe fix the problem I ALREADY PAID for, the right way, not half assed, not giving my car back to me even further damaged? No solution offered? Money money money, all this place cares about! Do everything to stay away from this shop, pretend it doesn't even exist!
