I get breakfast alot there the gentleman who works there very nice there is a lady who works there very rude nasty to her coworkers I stopped going for a while cause she is very rude I would not recommend going there in the morning

Went to order had to order from kosick no one to take order….it did not work no one around…we left won’t go back. Went to Burger King where they took our order.

Okay food more times than not. Service is usually good. Wait times are a bit long even outside of rush hour. Overall I would recommend this McDonald's over most others.

Tried ordering a DBL Cheeseburger get 6 pc nugget free on their App, cashier was confused, charged me full price for both and insisted I only get 4pcs of nuggets, after her complete incompetent, knowledge of the menu, register and the McDonald's app, I'd say she needs a heck of a lot more training, btw, the Mgr had to come over to fix my order & bill, extremely frustrating, as I've said in the past, this McDonald's in Dunmore on the O'Neil Hwy, always give me fits, so poorly operated.

This location is a joke and needs to be shut down or taken over by someone who knows what they’re doing.I have gone to this location daily for my coffee and sometimes breakfast for almost a year. At least 4 days out of the week they either have the lobby locked (due to being short staffed) I also called them daily for a job for two months and guess what they aren’t hiring either. If you have to pay at the register get ready to watch them look you dead in the eyes and continue to work on everything else for 15 mins.Staff is rude even to a face they see every morningDon’t expect a please or thank you they will throw your bag at the counter.And if the lobby is locked and you want to use your rewards at the drive thru. NOPE15/hr ain’t enough to do that either.I’m doneI’ll try Burger King or Starbucks or literally anywhere else at this point.

Ice machine in the lobby has been broken for a year or more. Barely makes ice compared to how it should. Solution: Leave the cover open.Good to know what's growing in there.Drive through has always been trouble. Most cars get parked to wait for their order.
