“The gentlemen that work here are very good at what they do. Right after the holidays, they are super busy with many Amazon returns so they had one clerk operating a separate computer away from the main line to just scan Amazon bar codes. This was unexpected and appreciated. The only complaint is one of the new guys that really doesn't seem to know much of anything, even after a couple of months. He didn't know the address of their store, he didn't know how to spell Suite in a return address, he put sweet. And he didn't put insurance on my laptop, even after we discussed it in detail. If anything happens to it, I will be held responsible. The other guys that work here are amazing! I cannot even take away a star for this, unless the laptop goes missing or gets damaged.”
