Unless you're Elon Musk then you can't afford to shop here. I don't and never will understand the pricing at this place. 2 patio chairs and a small table for $2,000 AND it's "on sale". Are the legs filled with gold? That's just absurd. Don't get me started on the $6,000 fake Trees during Christmas. ????
Thanks for the ignorant response as well! Yes, I have done my research and KNOW your prices are absurd compared to other places. If you stand by your prices please list the cost of making those diamond coated trees. I've been in stores like yours throughout the country and have never seen prices like these. My sister enjoys taking the kids there mainly because of the setup for the pictures, not the store itself. I can assure you we will not be back. The pictures are most likely the reason your store looks busy at times.

Beautiful things but absurdly expensive. Even saw an exact same wreath that they were selling at Big Lots. But worse than that, their customer service is rude rude rude.
God forbid you have a return. Super rude about it. I had a bad experience several years ago with a very rude person doing a return (within the return time frame) and hoped it was just a one time incident, but several years later, same thing. It's like they get angry when you make a return.
Also, their return policy this year for Christmas was that no Christmas merchandise is supposed to be returned after the 14th. It says it on the receipt, which you don't see until AFTER you've already purchased it. I bought a tree topper on the 15th. Got my old one working again (it had fried after only 4 years and was also purchased from Jerry's) and tried to return the new one still in box, on the 19th (didn't see the return policy on the receipt). No where was there a sign or notice that all sales are final on Christmas merchandise after the 14th. The clerk certainly doesn't tell you. They wouldn't even give us store credit. Expected my husband (I was not there) to just immediately pick something out right then and there as an exchange. They still had plenty of time to sell it. The fact that the return policy is only on the receipt that you see AFTER you already bought it is pretty shady. He just brought it back home. Guess I'll keep it for when this old one craps out again. Not buying anything from there again.

It feels so festive there. It is a Christmas wonderland. They sell great products and they also have a bakery that is delicious. I also get all my spring garden plants there.

We love this place, our plants, shrubs, hanging baskets all come from Jerry's. At Christmas our house is decked out with tons of stuff from here as well. Great friendly knowledgeable staff, great bakery, great florist. If they sell it, this is our first stop. Better quality than the chain stores, and the faces that work there are friendly and familiar.

Beware of the pictures with santa and baby deer. Worst and most expensive pictures I ever had. I fell for the $5 scam appointment and wad told to get in line with non appointment guests. The "photographers" rush you through not trying to get a great shot. The santa in the picture had his eyeglasses falling off. The photo people were RUDE and acted as if they were doing you an OVERPRICED favor. The poor little deer were not moving out of the corner of the FENCED IN AREA. WENT TO THE MALL AFTERWARDS AND GOT GREAT PICTURES. NEXT YEAR I'LL SAVE $100 AND JUST STICK WITH THE MALL.
