“Let me start off by saying I am a regular here, but lately I've been seeing that the store has been more organized, with items on the correct shelves and multiple items to choose from. Earlier today, I was having a difficult time trying to find a couple of gifts for my five-year-old nephew's birthday party. I thought this young lady, Andrea, was the manager the way she carried herself. She was extremely helpful, and if it wasn't for her, I don't think I could've put this goodie bag together for my nephew Thank you so much; either she deserves a raise or another position. ”
“Always a large variety to chose from. Lots of sheet sets cheap, great designer scents, handsoaps, toys, candles. I love coming here. They always have a large variety of children’s books also. If you’re not shopping at Ollie’s you’re not getting good deals !!! The staff at this location are very pleasant and wonderful to deal with also.”

“All employees were wearing masks and so were all the customers. Everyone kept a 6 foot distance or at least tried to. This is how every business should be in these times and I will definitely be shopping here again. From what I saw today management for this store really cares for the safety of their employees and customers.”
“This is definitely one of the better Dollar General stores in this region. The store shelves are always super packed and the selection of items is much better than other stores. Perhaps this is because the building extends way back and allows for a bigger selection of more items. The staff at this location is very cordial and helpful, and there's plenty of parking. “I shop at the family dollar on Main Avenue in Scranton PA, I would like to say the manager Dez is such an asset to the store she is very friendly always stops what she does to lend the customer a helping hand. Idk if she was taking this seriously or a joke but was so slow the other lady working there with Karen looked like she had to work harder as Karen cashing me out for 20 min I could have been left the store smh don't go cash out near Karen ? has alot if items in the store though other then that dont cash at at Karen's register slow work ethic”

“I think the store is just fine, reading a lot of complaining in the reviews and I think that if you don't have nothing nice to say just keep quiet and give it a low rating is all. In case you haven't noticed this world is not perfect. I find what I need no prob and if they don't have it I go elsewhere. The blonde girl in there is super cute too”

“I love shopping in this store because they are very reasonable, especially on seasonal items,. cashiers are very friendly, especially Kim, but I have one complaint about one gentleman, I believe he's in charge of furniture, he's very rude & lazy!! Everyone else is very pleasant...Last year I had purchased a pool and chairs, while I was struggling, he was leaning against the wall smoking his cigarette,after I had everything in the car, he asked me. I guess there's always one bad egg ?Other than that I love Big lots ?”
