The pharmacy is obviously understaffed, has been for years. I wait days without my medications being filled even after calling them and having the doctors office also calling them. Now they have some voicemail on there where you can’t even speak with someone from the pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Posting about my local CVS. Service is great there, as is their select!!! Parking is easy, store is clean, well stocked and clearly marked. Employees are happy to help. Pharmacy is always helpful and efficient. I recommend my local CVS on Blakely St. in Dunmore, PA

The store is dirty, merchandise strewn everywhere. Good luck printing photos, since the equipment doesn’t work and nobody is able to help. Clearly under staffed both front end and pharmacy, which makes for a lousy place to work for the staff that IS there. Glad for Depietros for medication- for everything else, Rite aid is right ip the street!

I only use them to pick up meds for my 94 year old mother... staff is extremely rude today my message for her scripts said pick up at 12 pm... it's now 110 and they are doing me a favor by expediting her prescription. ?

Nothing but delays on medications and terrible attitudes from staff. I get that everyone has bad days sometimes. However, after a year giving them chances to do better and having every encounter be worse than the last…I’m switching to a different pharmacy. It’s just become too much of a negative experience at CVS. I hope the whole pharmacy gets restructured and the mean girl staff gets handled appropriately. The community depends on this pharmacy and they only thing the staff care about is closing five minutes early.

I would be embarrassed to say I work here.. the carpeting is disgusting.. it looks like they don't even own a vacuum. the parking lot looks as if the place is going out of business with all of the garbage in the parking lot.. as for the pharmacy.. the lead tech Rebecca is one of the most rude people I've ever encountered. I walked up to the counter only to have the security gates closed in my face and informed that they are going to eat lunch. there was no line. I was the only person here. the level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I'm on chemotherapy and they have me sitting in a waiting chair glancing over at me chuckling.. the behavior here is disgusting at the least.. id be embarrassed to call her my boss. I am definitely going to change my pharmacy. do not recommend..

If I could leave no star I would. Typically I use riteaid in Moscow, however my doctor accidentally sent my prescription to the cvs dunmore location. The pharmacy closes at 7:00 pm, so after working all day I rushed to get there to get this medication to stop an allergy attack. I got there 2 minutes before 7:00 and the pharmacist and counter worker already had the counter closed up. I approached the two and tried to explain my situation hoping they'd be sympathetic. Instead the pharmacist turned around laughed in my face and said "we close at 7" I let them know it was, at this point, only 7:59 and neither of them said anything to me. I'm not sure why it's okay for the pharmacist to treat customers who are dealing with sickness or whatever it may be with attitude but wow. The disrespect they had towards customers is next level. Luckily, I called my doctor back and they sent my script to riteaid who filled it quickly with no problem! Oh, and they charged me $9.41 as opposed to $44 which is what cvs quoted me when they texted me at 6:46 saying my script was ready. So, my advice is if you want ACTUAL care, find a different pharmacy because all you get at this cvs is an uneducated pharmacist ans counter person with terrible attitudes and over-priced drugs.

Pharmacy is excellent!!Unfortunately the man who was the manager today at the checkout at the front of the store was extremely rude to my wife and I. Couldn’t care less if he helped us or not.Will never shop there again.
