Waiting a week for medication with no information on when it might be coming in. How can you overnight things from Amazon but can get your medication next day.

I only use them to pick up meds for my 94 year old mother... staff is extremely rude today my message for her scripts said pick up at 12 pm... it's now 110 and they are doing me a favor by expediting her prescription. ?
