Customers appreciate the efficiency of the pharmacy and the willingness of staff to assist. One employee, noted for going above and beyond, made a particularly positive impression during a past checkout issue. Another staff member showed great care by assisting a customer in need. Overall, CVS provides a pleasant shopping experience.

Had an issue today while checking out and the young lady working the counter was so helpful and kind. I have had past bad experiences here but today this worker went above and beyond to help me. I wish I would have gotten her name but she made one great experience out way the bad.
