Five stars all the way. I didn't buy my washer there,I bought it from a warehouse place. 13 days after warranty was out it broke. The warehouse said I was too far away for their technicians to service it. I walked into highway appliance and they were wonderful. Two techs were there in service department and said they were free to come right now because I'm close. Rick and his trainee Josh did a great job explained the problem and went out to service van too get the part. I was up and running in no time at all. Lesson learned for me, any new appliances I need will come from highway.

My Dryer suddenly stopped heating up on 10/12/23. I went down to HA and spoke with Carla about buying a new one. She checked and informed me that I still have a warranty on the dryer. A team arrived on the 17th. Seamless operation. Alex and Josh were great...even measured my opening for a new refrigerator. Great service.

We’ve been buying appliances from Debbie for probably the last 32 years. She’s the nicest, friendliest person around and it’s a pleasure to work with her. She’s very attentive to her customers and a friend to many of us. I’m always happy with my appliances and Debbie is the best. She takes care of us and makes sure everything is perfect. Thanks to Highway Appliance for employing such a great person. She is an asset to your company. The rest of the staff are always friendly too and as a whole I would recommend Highway to anyone who needs appliances.

Highly recommend! My washer got fried on Monday night. Picked out a washer I wanted, called and spoke to Debbie on Wednesday, the particular washer I wanted was on back order. After a quick check she has the 5.2 cu( originally wanted 5.3) in the warehouse and they could have it available for pick up on Friday. She was honest that delivery was back up several weeks. She even offered to take the old washer free of charge if I needed it disposed of. Great experience and 6 loads in I love my washer

I love my appliances but I don’t have any light in my refrigerator since 12/13/21. It was purchased and delivered 12/2/21. It is a Frigidaire. Love it but NO LIGHT is annoying! I was told they are waiting on the part. This is April 3. Very disappointing.

I have always wanted to buy from here because of the excellent service that was always provided if you ever had a problem. I called the other day for a service appointment and was told they don't really have anyone but there would be a part time person coming in a week. They suggested to me that I could just call GE. If I had wanted to deal with the manufacturer I would have bought at lowes. Not what they used to be.

We bought a washer and dryer. Debbie was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. The entire staff is very friendly. The two guys, Nick and Jake who delivered and install our washer and dryer are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Highway Appliance to everyone.
