Was a customer with them for 4 years, 2 years ago they were good. Now the people that you have to conduct business with are the most ignorant and arrogant bunch you can meet. Closed my account since my credit union treats me more like a customer than a pain because that’s the attitude I always got when I went to pay my loan.

Always get great service no matter which one of the bank workers I get. My husband and I have been with them 10+ years and never any issues with Woodforest National Bank I myself have had some issues my doing but they have always helped me.. I give 5 star because they earn it..

This is regarding Woodforest National Bank in East Freedom Walmart Store. My grandaughter has an account at this bank and moved to Ct 3 months ago. The account was closed, but they sent her a message saying the account was still open and she needed to come into the bank to close it. I called the bank on behalf of my grandaughter and spoke to a customer service rep who insisted my grandaughter had to come to the branch. I told her my grandaughter lives 8 hours away, and I ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was very beligerant and said my grandaugher had to come in. I told her she would have to pay for the trip. I put my grandaughter on the phone and after threatening to call the bank commission, they finally agreed to cancel. Customer Service is Poor.

Always pleasant here had multiple accounts of fraud that were caught when I was traveling, staff is always professional, nice and quick to catch any fraudulent charges. I've been with this bank for 2+ years can't say I have any complaints about them never did me wrong.
