UPS is saying that my delivery is un deliverable, and they have taken it back to carrier facility in Duncansville. I added delivery instructions leading right to my front door. I have tried to call multiple times and it is all automated. Never have an option to speak to a human. They really need to get some individuals working on answering the phones or at least have an option that you can talk to someone so you can get things straightened out.

No one will even answer your phone call on a Saturday morning. I’ll let you know if a package is going to be delivered and clearly they run on Saturdays.

2 issues
1. where’s my package that was supposedly delivered?
2. do any humans work in your customer service department?
After I gave up on my 5th attempt to reach a human representative I googled “ups reviews “ , I then googled “UPS core values “..
saw some very BOLD statements .
Please don’t reply with a generic “we apologize and care “ automated response . I’ll get over it .
your customer reviews/rating should be a major concern to anyone who’s invested . I mean surely there’s concerns ? Right? Is anyone looking at them ? They have to be? Maybe not ? Maybe we’re the problem, are we ? Hmmm
O wait it’s 2024 .. I apologize for being so naive , silly me . This is the new standard for everything. Carry on your doing great

It’s a shame a truck driver is scared to drive on less the a .25” of snow to deliver a package, you call the company and you can’t speak to anyone just get a computer and it’s a run around it sad you can’t speak to a person

I don’t choose who delivers my packages but if I could it would Never be UPS. The driver always forgets to drop off the package when they say it will be dropped off, then decide that due to inclement weather I now won’t get my package for 3 additional days!!!! THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF THE DRIVERS BEING CARELESS!!! Terrible service!!!

Website says prelabeled package can be handed off to any driver yet I get packages delivered almost daily and they walk on by them on my porch. Why i have to wait until store opens and go out when they're here. Post office same. If you don't schedule they ignore. Not like before there were scheduled deliveries. Ridiculously lazy! I'm talking tiny packages. I understand if it was a special trip

Every time I get a delivery they take it to the wrong house. Every time. I have called and complained numerous times over the years and even went with non UPS shippers. I've gotten 3 packages recently and all 3 were delivered to the wrong address. I live about a mile down the road from their center and my house number is on the door. They either can't see or can't count. Maybe both. I wish I could give them zero starts since I have to spend my time looking for my packages. They get paid to do a job that basically I need to redo. I'm not ordering a scavenger hunt with my orders. Pay me for my time doing your job.

Ups is the worst shipping carrier. I've been waiting for over a week now for my package. Frist they couldn't find my house witch they delivered to previously and now I have to go pick up my package at an advance auto parts store or pay a 7.99 fee to pick up at a ups store. I will never use this horrible shipping carrier again!

Our package had 2 day air shipping and was a day late. Not that big of a deal but it's annoying when every time we expect a package through UPS it's always late.I was waiting for the driver today to knock on the door as this package had a signature required. They dropped it off at the door and drove off real quick before I had time to open the door. This was all caught on my front porch camera.I'm concerned that I wasn't asked to sign for the package. What if this went to the wrong house? Did the driver forge a signature? I'm so confused and I really don't trust UPS now. They've dropped off other people's packages before and had to come back for it. I may have the package but I should've signed for it. Two cars were in my driveway so clearly we were home. Zero excuses.

I don't know if the female-looking(who knows these days) driver can't READ or is just that much of a b---h that she can't be bothered to walk the same exact distance to leave a parcel at a door that's actually used. Either way, there's a sign on the door we don't use to ask her to walk to the other door. It's plain as day and TYPED out so it's not a handwriting issue. The door is also FENCED OFF so she has to step high up over this fence to get to this door we DO NOT USE. Today, she backed into my driveway and ruined some of my flowers. NEAT. I'd really rather she didn't come onto my property ever again. She's clearly got a nasty disposition and I don't need or want it handling my parcels.

Give me my package it's been sitting in altoona for 3 days now . I've been waiting patiently but now I'm just frustrated. The email says due to the war in Ukraine deliveries are being delayed but the package is just sitting in a warehouse less than 5 miles away from my house , it was amusing at first but the humor has diminished and I'm irritated now . I don't mean to sound like a male karen but what's up ?!

Not open in the morning. Parking is always scarce. I only stop here to drop off packages if I can't make it to the UPS store before cutoff.

Parking situation was a bit hinkey, but the process of shipping the package was a breeze.
