I tried tonight to get 4 subs, three which were going to be meatball, the employee slammed down the lids and said to the other employee I don’t have any meatballs, this was before 7 PM, I stood there for a minute because normally you can make them and she said it again to the employee, I said wait you don’t have any meatballs? Confused trying to understand if they did not have any in the building, she annoying said well it would take me like 8 min to make them, after the long day I already had I just wanted meatball subs not attitude so I started to walk away and when she mumbled something I did ask for her name and she then said it was none of my business- if you are so unhappy making food then I really thing customer service jobs are not what field you should be in, I would get it if I was rude but I wasn’t I was more confused then anything.

Passing on way home I considered online ordering ..Half my order went through @ full price. Tried calling the shop numerous times for help, call was "timed out and hung up"(pic shows how many call attempts) With tight scheduling home school toddlers and State testing, time mattered at this point. I didn't want to keep calling and driving, I placed it on repeat call ... still...for some reason calling was not an option.Upon entering, no customers, the shop appeared to be "relaxed", one order on pick up area, my sandwich being prepared, "manager in back" I asked "do you have a phone here." "YES, do you need a phone" I replied no, I tried calling here to correct and continue an order and repeatedly was disconnected. My conversation about my experience deflected to this person becoming irate and defensive. Her needs to prove she did not "hang up the phone" took precedence as I tried to explain what I needed help with. She rambled on saying phone is working no one would EVER hang up on anyone... the phone must need service, I need to call and get this... ..when I was actually allowed to speak between her explaining her NEVER hanging up on anyone, she spoke over me saying they can't do anything about it, they have nothing to do with online ordering, I would have to "contact corporate" showing me how she would "copy" the receipt...when she wanted me to disappear. To this day I never heard from anyone. I needed 4 sandwiches, this would have been weekly, after the way I was handled...its a HARD NEVER. The lengthy story of her contacting corporate to "see" if anything can be done continued... so I added well, If corporate does not care, I will not be back. I never got to finish what I was saying as she voiced HER opinion loudly over anything I tried to explain.. I was told "I manage this store and Roaring Springs store, and We don' need your business there either. She proceeded to berate me in her opinionated terms to a customer just entering.. I spent my money at ARBYS, Domino's and the new pizza Hut next door. I SENT MY INFORMATION TO CORPORATE ON MY OWN AFTER NOT BEING NOTIFIED BY ANYONE. Apparently they don't care as well. There is no way to actually speak to anyone.

Food is always great, the place is super clean and has plenty of room. Took my mom there the other day, and she was super happy and excited with how friendly and helpful the staff was. Highly recommend.

Great place to eat. I eat there three times a week no problems here. Some people you can never satisfy doesn't matter how hard you try . remember that.
