Someone backed into us & damaged the back quarter panel of our car. I didn't realize how much work it was to fix. They had to replace the rear quarter panel & a small strip that went between the roof & doors from front to back. It was all 1 piece. It looks fantastic & brand new. The hubcap was scratched/damaged. They missed nothing. They replaced that as well. We are very happy with the service & end results. Everyone we dealt with was nice & helpful. Hopefully, we won't need collision repair again BUT if we do they are the first place we are going.

Had a problem with a dent. The manager was extremely helpful. Explained the dent, how it would be fixed, and gave me less expensive alternatives to fixing it. I went in with an attitude, and he turned ne around.

So they have had my car for about 2 months. No contact to keep me updated, in fact they had some random phone number I never heard of. Changed it but still no updates. After I called to get an update it turns out that they had my car in "buffing" for about 2 days then it was in detailing for at least a day and a half. Was told that I would get a call this afternoon... April 23rd...never got a call. I understand that in this day and age parts take time, but 2 months...you are a collision center that caters to at least 4 brands. Do you not have a supply that's close? I went for a tire on my other car and it took almost 2 weeks...for a tire. I'm sorry guys but if I could zero stars I would.

Extremely happy with the service and repair work to my truck. Mary was exceptional to work with and the individual techs who worked on it did an awesome job. They went above and beyond what was required. The interior was completely detailed and it came back better than when I took it to them. The truck looks brand new inside and out. Thank you for the work and professionalism.

They’ve had my sons car for 6 weeks. They estimated 3 weeks. It wasn’t even that damaged. They say it’ll be done and they’ll call but it isn’t and they don’t call. They should be ashamed about the way they do business.
