Regular customer, used to go there every morning to buy rolling papers. I lost my ID for one day and the staff who see me in there every day wouldn’t sell to me and I wasn’t even buying nicotine. Just go to smokers square on plank road. Much more customer loyalty

Very friendly employees with no attitude, unlike the older blonde woman at the Logan Blvd location! I purchased $40 of products yesterday and she kept rolling her eyes! On my way out, I heard her say ‘“people are so rude!” No idea what she was referring to, but she should just retire! I’m very friendly, so no idea why she was so mad. I’m done with the Logan Blvd location because of her!
