Terrible. They say show up 10 minutes early. No one there. 15 minutes AFTER my 8am appointment time still not checked in. Technician not there yet. 2 other customers waiting with me for same 8 am appointment
Called Safelight, they couldn’t have cared less. Acted like I was waisting THEIR time.
Absolutely terrible.
Update: I rescheduled and had a technician come to my home. He arrived on time, was friendly and knew his stuff. He did an excellent job. Flawless service from Michael.

I had my windshield replaced in February 2024 at Safelite in Duncansville on my 2022 Subaru. My windshield leaked down through my cameras. Called and left a message on the (800) on Sunday after. Never called me back!!! Thanks to Safelite I no longer own that vehicle... Thumbs down!!!!!!

Needed my windshield replaced. Replacement itself was quick and seems well done other than that there was no tape on it when I left and the instructions said to remove the tape after a few hours so not sure if that was overlooked or if it wasn’t needed.Main reason for deducting a star is because I went in for an in person quote prior and they said the price would be at least $100 above what it actually ended up being per the online quote. Do not appreciate the upcharging that would’ve happened if I didn’t check and pay online

Had my windshield replaced for a small crack and now the seals going up the sides on my windshield are ripped out and the plastic where my wipers are is cracked. Every time I try to call I get routed to a computer. Worst place to do business with! I would not recommend this place at all.Update: since I have been driving for a week I now notice air coming in from the right lower side and moisture on the inside of my windshield. Worst job I have ever paid for.

Fabulous Service. Michael (the manager) and Tyler (lead technician) could not have been nicer. They were both very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My windshield was completely replaced in a very short amount of time. Coffee (regular and decaf), soda (regular and diet) water and pretzels were complimentary in their waiting room, which I very much enjoyed. I would give this business 10 stars if possible! Excellent service. Very happy I chose this SafeliteAutoGlass for my windshield replacement.

They did a wonderful job, but I am leaving 2 stars because went to get civic window replaced a week ago, they didn’t have the windshield in..Went back today for scheduled replacement, and they left GLUE all over the dashboard. Im assuming from scraping it off to replace the glue, but would it have killed them to clean it up…?
