Wish I could give zero, while the people were polite and respectful I went through them or tried anyways to get a sunroof replaced. Gave them all the information they said they’d work with Geico. I called after a few weeks and they acted like they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. Ended up elsewhere giving a different business money.

Dawn, Joe and the whole team were exceptional in doing my repairs and helping out with a difficult situation. The team was kind and considerate when my insurance decided they were going to low ball PAB’s work and not pay for things that were requirements and just deserved by myself as a loyal customer. Dawn kept me updated the entire time and such a help in assisting me in the justice I deserved. I’m so happy to have my baby back and she’s beautiful once again, thanks to PAB! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my repairs!

PAB is a top-notch facility. Their quality of work is exceedingly excellent. The work crew and office staff are amazing, beyond helpful and wonderful. Very happy with my 2020 Dodge Challenger. Thanks so much everyone at PAB! :-)

⛔I am not a competitor nor insurance agency. You can see my public google profile. This company will say everyone who gives a negative review is a competitor or insurance agency and attempt to get the review taken down. ⛔
To start off, the owner was extremely rude, smart and argumentative with us. PAB and the owner Ron are everything BUT professional. Their labor is higher than everywhere else which your insurance won't cover and you'll have to pay out of pocket for. Their "we use OEM parts" and "restore to before the accident guarantee" isn't factual. Before I took my vehicle to PAB my hood was extremely durable, however with their "OEM" hood you can't even press on it without it denting in. They also charge extremely high storage fees the second your vehicle touches their lot, so you are basically stuck with them. This means their "you are not pressured by PAB" paperwork they have you sign is just a scummy tactic because the 3k in storage fees they tried to charge sure do pressure you when you can't get your vehicle back!! They also procrastinated with our estimate to keep tacking on said fees. It was almost 2 weeks before we got a solid answer because they had to "deconstruct the vehicle for a more accurate estimate". PAB did not fight the insurance companies for you, we had to call the insurance over 10 times because PAB was being difficult. I've NEVER had to call an insurance company as much as I did when dealing with PAB. Would never recommend

My Tesla Model Y was hit while parked on the side of the road, and I unfortunately did not have Sentry mode on to record the event. I searched around for repair facilities that were authorized by Tesla, and I'm very happy I found Professionals Auto Body.
From the moment I made the appointment, Dawn was helpful in scheduling and getting me a rental car through Enterprise. They also gave me a tour of the facility when I dropped off the vehicle which was very unique to me and nice since I lived 2 hours away. Dawn kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and emails.
The only part that was stressful for me, was when there was a miscommunication between my auto insurance and PAB that led to PAB starting repairs even though my insurance deemed the vehicle as a total loss. In the end they got the insurance to pay and helped me ship my vehicle across the country since I moved while the car was undergoing the repairs. When I received the vehicle, it looked brand new again and they detailed the inside which was a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for Tesla repairs.

Professionals Auto Body did fantastic work and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Dawn was an absolute ROCKSTAR, and helped me battle the insurance company when they refused to negotiate. I hope to not need them again, but would be confident returning to them as they are indeed professionals!

Professionals just completed some extensive repair on my 2016 Tesla Model S. My car looks better than it did when I bought it! Professionals made the entire process easy and I was informed about the progress at every step.

Absolutely wonderful! Dawn got us in for a consultation right away after someone damaged our vehicle. As soon as we had the insurance payment, she was ready with a rental vehicle that suited our needs and got our vehicle in the shop. They explained that they would only use OEM parts and ensured us the repairs would be done to GM standard. Dawn did all the insurance work after the initial payment and kept me updated daily on the repairs. The vehicle was finished in a timely manner and the crew went above and beyond to detail the ENTIRE CAR, inside and out! I couldn’t believe it! It hasn’t looked that good since it left the lot brand new. Thank you for everything!

Professionals helped me fix my oopsie where a shopping cart return got the best of my vehicle. My insurance listed Professionals as a preffered shop and I can see why! They kept me updated every step, made it super easy to deal with, and got my vehicle back to me in great shape.
