With Doug's leadership, his staff stand by and honor their work by correcting a flaw that occurred to my travel trailer. The flaw was not due to incompetence by the staff but by faulty equipment I provided for them to repair. After two attempts to correcting a sway bar from shifting on my camper. They quickly and efficiently (with no additional cost) fixed my problem once and for all. “I found this place to be staffed with excellent workers that provide outstanding service. Now I was there just to get the front end components lubed on my car.

The guys examined the front end and did a great job in servicing the vehicle. And while waiting I noticed that other workers could be seen squeegeeing and wiping windows of customer cars in the service bays.

“I see the bad reviews but I will say this. In a time of need Justin came thru. Had an emergency situation while traveling thru the area. I started off at Firestone up the road in Altoona which I totally got ignored and left standing and waiting and never asked to help me so when I needed help this location helped me! 2 tires later and Joe priced matched internet price. Gave 4 stars because I have vibration which I need to have the 2 tires I purchased re balanced. Thank you for helping me!!!”
