I have shopped MARTIN'S for many years & recently started using their pick up service. I love the idea of not going into the store to shop because, let's face it, grocery shopping is over rated. I have never had an issue with the quality of produce, meat, dairy, frozen foods... matter of fact, their meats are awesome. The employees are very friendly but as most of you do, they make mistakes too. My last order for pickup was missing items & 3 days later I realized it. Called them & they filled the order for the missing items free. Now is that good service for a human mistake, yes it is & I'll continue to support local.
