Very friendly ppl there. I got family that live there n there's never any problems everyone friendly n caring. Great place to live.

Bought a home here a year ago and so far, I would say it's a very nice place to live. Manager is very polite and responds quickly. Community is quiet, clean and neighbors are very nice. They expect tenants to keep things tidy, but what homeowner wouldn't want to live somewhere tidy?

Most places are well kept and its away from view. So the park can be hard to find.

About Greendown Acres Manufactured Home Community
Nestled five minutes into Duncansville and five minutes from Hollidaysburg, Greenwood Acres is a great place to settle down. This community is in a picturesque neighborhood near the river. If you like spending time outdoors, there are lots of areas for hiking and hunting. If you have a family spend some time at the Lakemont amusement park, the Alto Train Museum, or the Chimney Rocks Park and Rec Area.
