Awesome experience, best prices around. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help accommodate shipping. Brandon provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend if looking for an ATV, motorcycle or off road vehicle.

For $500 plus, I basically received a new battery (hopefully) and new oil and filter. I have no idea how they can justify the additional $200 plus when I know they didn't examine my machine in the manner they claimed to warrant the cost. Upon looking at my atv when it arrived home, there was dirt and debris in places that if checked thoroughly, (as they claimed) it should not have been there from their "high dollar" inspection. For the $500 plus dollars as well, they could have at least rinsed my machine down. That's probably an additional $200. Be aware of hidden cost from this group!

Had a great experience with Brandon D. and Five Star in general. I purchased a used atv which had some issues I (and they) weren't aware of until I got it home. They were great to deal with and offered to come and get it to take it back which was awesome considering the distance and I don't have a trailer. I ended up trading it back in and purchased a new one instead. I also dealt with their parts guys and they were nice to work with and knowledgeable.

HUGE shoutout to 5 Star Powersports! We went to the Day in the Dirt event they hosted at The Oak MX and it was an awesome experience, from the riding, food and snacks, to the raffle with AMAZING prizes/gifts! Steve went above and beyond doing the raffles and socializing with everyone! He’s a rockstar! Thank you so much! You guys rock!

Very disappointed with My experience at fivestar power sports of Duncanville
Bought a pre owned sxs for $10,999-$12k an some change after taxes title and fees on Friday 5/10, the salesman showed me 2 sxs's 1 was a mechanic special and 1 that there was nothing wrong with according to the salesman it had a 40 point inspection and I was sold. Got home went for a little ride within 5 miles my back brake blew apart, got it up on the jack seen 3 of the 4 rubber axle boots cracked broken dry rotted all the wheels wiggled like they was gonna fall off and almost all of the bolts was missing on the skid plate mostly held up by 2 zip ties. I take it back to fivestar that following Monday 5/13 wanting it fixed, talking with the service guy that checked me in and told him i was sold on the 40 point inspection he tells me that just because they do the 40 point inspection doesn't necessarily mean they fix the stuff that's broken (good to know after i paid you $12k+). Buck the sales manager told me he's gonna look into what he can do for me. 3 days later I call and ask what's up, Buck says it's gonna be $2200 to fix it and he'd be willing to split the bill with me or sale me the parts needed to fix it at a discount price. While waiting to hear something back I emailed Mr. Josh Mazzei on 5/17 and told him my issues and asked if there was anything he could do for me in my situation he responded that fivestar is going to get it fixed for me at no cost. On 5/21 I call to get a progress update and the service guy says there's parts on back order (every other place I called to inquire about those parts 2-3 business days max) 5/24 I get a call from Buck telling me they found parts at another dealer and that I should be getting my sxs back by Thursday 5/30. I called in 5/29 to ask about any progress and the service guy tells me it not on the schedule to get fixed until June 4th. It was delivered to me May 31st front wheel bearings still horribly bad like the wheels are about to fall off and new damage done to the sxs. The claim that they take customer satisfaction very seriously is for show, you have my number and my email. Actions show what words don't. I've already reached out to Josh Mazzei and it did not help.

I prefer Five Star because they are so quick to help and very friendly and professional.
The staff seems very knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge.
I actually ride a different brand, but they found me a cross reference of the filter I needed and was quickly on my way..

My experience was awsome I drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh to go to this place! Lucus was an awsome salesman he was right there, communication was great!! The owner was a stand up guy willing to help and and do anything to satisfy me as a customer!! I highly recommend this place to buy anything in your powersports needs !!
