Made an appointment to change brake fluid & oil. I was firm, and said I wanted the brake fluid changed, regardless. They finished the car, and said they didn't change the brake fluid.This is the third garage in this area to waste my time like this. Most appointments are a week in advance, so it becomes such a hassle to keep doing this. The brake fluid NEEDED to be changed. The reservoir is getting dark. That's what I wanted, and communicated.Service was otherwise positive. Friendly, straightforward, quick.UPDATE: Changing from 3 stars to 1. I added a picture of the brake fluid I extracted.The fluid is completely black. What a disgrace. These 4 bottles is one liters worth of brake fluid, that was extracted ONLY from the reservoir. This isn't even counting what was in the lines. Blue Knob obviously did not change the fluid when they acquired this car. Further, they did not follow the manufacturers recommendation of changing this fluid every 3 years. It's in the manual. Not to mention, anyone with a general working knowledge of cars knows that black brake fluid is bad. So, they don't look at dealer service recommendations, and don't seem to understand basic maintenance.Avoid this clown show. What a disgrace.

Reading some of these reviews and it is clear they confused the Garage with the Auto lot. This place is their service department.I tried this place out a few weeks ago for a heat issue and a car inspection. They was very nice and respectful. But keep in mind that they charge more than even a dealership. I researched pricing on a few things, and they always seem to be highest bidder.
