Isaiah at Blair Animal is very reliable, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. I received updates and pictures giving me a piece of mind knowing that Max Jr. was in good hands. The Kindness and Professionalism I received from ISAIAH is Unmatched! Thank you!

Dr. Jackson and her staff are wonderful. I have an older dog and he is having medical issues. I called and they got him in quickly. They are very caring people and so friendly. You can tell they love their jobs. They are there for you and your pets. I would highly recommend their service.

All of the staff is compassionate, understanding and very friendly. They are great with both of my dogs whom are very different personalities. Very accommodating to both. The paw plans are very useful as well- never seen another vet offer anything like it.
Dr Harbaugh is very compassionate and friendly. She was able to diagnose our girl, Callie with a mass in her abdomen which led to her passing. Blair Animal Hospital canceled my pawplan on Callie and I didn’t owe anymore. That was a huge relief in our grief. Can’t thank them enough.
Best veterinarian practice my family has ever seen❤️

I started taking my cat here and I have had nothing but good experiences. All the technicians and Dr. Harbaugh are so good with her, patient, and understanding. I've never waited long in the office or waiting room; we usually get seen on time. I also never felt rushed by staff. They are willing to give their time and attention to the animals and our questions. For the treatments we got specifically, I felt the price was reasonable. Only small thing is that they are usually booked far out for non-urgent appointments, but its not impossible to get in.

Best Vet visit I have had with my cat. Most vets give the dogs more attention due to them being easier to deal with but I felt that the vets actually cared about the cats just as much with my visit.

The vet assistants and front office are lovely people. Sadly we waited 58 minutes before the Dr. came in to see us. I get it things happen but no one mentioned the wait or how long it’d be. When the dr came in she didn’t say hello or introduce herself which was odd as this was the first time I brought my cat there. It felt weird. My cat was not friendly and the vet was only able to look in one of the ears during the exam. She concluded that with my cats dirty ear she has an ear infection. Every vet visit before in our home state said she had dirty ears. She just doesn’t clean them. She had no signs of her ears bothering her before. But I trust the professional so when she said I needed give her ear drops 2x/day then that’s what I’ll do. We get home and my husband and I looked up the medication. It’s basically mild everything anti fungal, antibacterial and steroid. It’s for the external ear and doesn’t pass the barrier to the middle ear for a true ear infection. But I trust the animal expert. So I gave her the ear drops. But stopped when we looked at the Drs note from the visit said she was unable to assess completely but had dark debris. So not a sign of redness or irritation or swelling.
I spent an hour waiting for the vet to look at my cat, didn’t do a throughout exam but diagnosed her with an ear infection, spent $62 on drops for the not convincing ear infection that I could buy on chewy for $28. Taking it as a loss but won’t be back.

Max was cared for with sweetness and professional expertise. His foot is already improved somewhat. I wouldn't take him anywhere else for care.
