AutoZone Duncansville gives the best customer service I've ever experienced in any store. They all go out of their way to help the customer, even when the customer isn't purchasing anything in the store! Special shout out to Chuck, for going above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping in!

The Duncansville AutoZone is my absolute favorite place to get all of the needful things for my vehicles. Every time I go there, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a hello by an employee. They provide assistance if you’re unsure of what you need or what brand is best for your needs.I only go to this store because I am treated so well. Everyone is helpful and very friendly. I trust them to help me with my vehicle needs. Today, I needed new wiper blades. Chuck installed them quickly with a smile! Thank you to all there for consistently providing such a great experience!

Needing wiper blades immediately,giving all info they needed,the clerk, with an attitude,gave me the most expensive once,in the meantime he kept mentioning several times what other item they have on sale ...if I wanted them or need them...,I did asked them , politely,if they could put the blades on for me .With a sigh and eye roll,he slapped a paper in front of me to sign that they put them on .After thanking him when he was done ,the reply was " yea"Never again,there are many other Auto supply stores where one gets treated with courtesy.
