The team was kind and considerate when my insurance decided they were going to low ball PAB’s work and not pay for things that were requirements and just deserved by myself as a loyal customer. Dawn kept me updated the entire time and such a help in assisting me in the justice I deserved. I’m so happy to have my baby back and she’s beautiful once again, thanks to PAB! “Someone backed into us & damaged the back quarter panel of our car. I didn't realize how much work it was to fix. They had to replace the rear quarter panel & a small strip that went between the roof & doors from front to back. It was all 1 piece. It looks fantastic & brand new. The hubcap was scratched/damaged. They missed nothing. They replaced that as well. We are very happy with the service & end results. Everyone we dealt with was nice & helpful. Hopefully, we won't need collision repair again BUT if we do they are the first place we are going.”
