**** Please note that although I'm just now sharing my review of my experience of dealing Ace Auto Sales, it's been a bit since I purchased my vehicle. I was speaking to someone else who did business with this establishment too... And their experience was less than stellar as well.
I purchased a Jeep with my (now) ex-husband. A few months later I had to be hospitalized and had 2 reconstructive surgeries after I was assaulted by my husband/ ex-husband. Honestly, I wasn't thinking about calling my debtors.
Literally the day I was released from the hospital and within minutes of arriving at my home I heard a 'back-up' beeper sound in my driveway... Low and behold it was yours truly, Ace Auto's flatbed truck. Hospital release papers in hand I went outside to talk to the driver. He basically told me that he really didn't care about anything but the fact that I was late making my payment. I asked if I could write a check and give him the payment solving the issue that I was having - I was one payment late. He told me no. I was as told that the moment their repo truck tires leave their establishment that vehicle is going to be impounded.
I immediately called the own sharing what I had gone through, hoping he'd be kind enough to call off his driver. He refused to let me keep my jeep and pay that payment to the driver. He told me if I wanted it given back to me I'd need to pay the late payment and a $500 impound fee.
Of course I paid the payment and impound fee to get possession of my vehicle back... Unbelievable. It's just unbelievable that it wasn't enough that I was assaulted and hospitalized and had the hospital paperwork to prove why I was late with that payment... Ace auto felt the need to add to the hell I was dealing with.
It's like this, I will NEVER be doing business of any kind of business that has no empathy, compassion and understanding EVER again.

In 2016 we purchased a 2005 mini van from Ace and it is now 2021 and we are retiring it. It has 170+thousand miles and still runs good, but the body took all it could lol.Going back to Ace to hopefully get an suv.

Bought vehicle... 5 days later engine blows. Car goes to garage to wait for adjuster to diagnose problem. Warranty company claims blown hose seized the engine hose was not included in warranty therefor blame placed on faulty hose. Resulting in engine blew due to overheating. Out 7k..... stay far away. warranty company is complete scam shady lot all together. Car never over heated on me once in the 450 miles I drove this vehicle. 0 stars. Prior to explosion of hose the brake light flashed engine light came on power steering and breaks went then hose blew Lucky was able to pull off safely.
