This summer the manager in office was rude when I reported a wasp nest in neighbors box located on a shared post, my post. Mail delivery was suspended to my box too after I was stung (understood). I had reported the problem and sprayed their box twice. I asked to have my mail delivered temporally to my porch one day a week and was refused by the office manager! She told me to spray their box (which I had done) or move my mailbox!!! Really, and get stung again! What about the neighbor's responsibility? She said their mail would be returned to sender after ten days. It wasn't. Because I was upset at her response I became her target of the problem even though the wasps were in the neighbor's box and it was not my problem to solve. After almost three weeks the neighbors did something corrective as my mail was finally delivered to my box. Doesn't the USPO train people how to treat people with respect? Come on, don't verbally attack the innocent party. I always support the my mail carriers. This was about the management person in the office, not them. The carriers have a hard job compared to years ago when junk mail and many packages were not in their purview. It's over. I apologized in writing for being upset but it wasn't reciprocated.

Karen and Beth are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Postmaster Cathy was none of the above, but now that Cathy is gone, i haven’t had a bad experience since. Cathy should not be in customer service, one of the most rude and nasty individuals i have met. Only time i ever did have a bad experience was when she was around.

Waited for my package to be delivered. Alexa said it was delivered at 9 a.m. to my mailbox. A big heavy package will not fit in my mailbox. I live in an apartment complex. All I could imagine was someone took it. I run to the mailbox and find 3 sets of package sitting on top of boxes out in the open. Totally unexceptable!!!

We've been dealing with the Duncannon post office for our business for almost two years. Karen and Beth are a joy to talk to and genuinely are invested in the people of this community. Beth lights up a room with her energy and amazing customer service. Karen is truly kind and invested in each person she comes in contact with. We truly love doing business with this post office because of these two amazing women.

Beth and Karen are a treat. They always provide service with a smile. I come here often to mail business packages and my day is always improved the moment I walk in. These nice ladies restore my faith in the post office. Everyone I have encountered here genuinely seems to enjoy their job, which is remarkable.

First of all, people were rude inside. An accident happened with one of their trucks and my car was involved. I didn't damage their truck to have to replace the whole bumper, it barely moved. They charged me over a grand to fix it just to find out they didn't even fix it months later.When I came inside originally to pick up the quote for how much it was gonna be, I said my name and literally all the workers looked at me. So good to know I was the talk of the day.Along with having issues with the mail woman when we first moved in. I nicely mentioned to stop delivering 10 different names to my small mailbox, she even wrote our names on the mailbox. Continued getting random names for a year after. Last tenant lived there for almost 8 years. Single guy. I understand getting his mail but 10 other names? No. Ridiculous town.

Wow. I was charged for an oversized package that clearly was marked with accurate dimensions. The lady inflated the measurements so I had to pay $13 extra dollars. When asked to confirm the dimensions, the lady was rude and refused to let me see my package so I could confirm her measurements. Screw this place.

I sent a package here while I was hiking on the AT, unfortunately I came though during holidays and was unable to get it. I forgot about it for a couple months which had very important things inside I needed for work. I called and got a very friendly person to answer. She helped me and located my package that they held onto for a couple month and sent it back home for me. Amazing service and can't thank them enough!
