Even though the agent did not give him my phone number to contact me, I did not have to wait as long as the app stated. We communicated about the issue, he did not over do anything with my car I order not to cause further issues. Chase communicated with me the entire time of him towing my vehicle to the designated destination. Was able to place my car in a secure spot with no issues. Chase is a very nice and respectful tow truck driver. I understand that we do not know the tow truck drivers , however, being respectful will take you a long way. Give Chase a raise.”
